Dr Hyland has been my physician for going on 20 years. I'm never disappointed in the way he and his staff have taken care of me. Listens to my concerns. He is very personable. He is not afraid to send you to a specialist if he feels you need one, which I appreciate greatly. I have 1 kidney and he knows what meds I need or don't need to protect my kidney. You can't go wrong with Dr Hyland.

Dr. Hyland and staff are very professional and organized. Front waiting room receptionists greet with a smile and call me by name. My average wait time is 7 minutes or less. Nurses Rachel and Shelby are always professional and smiling. Thankful to have them on my medical care team. I communicate via My Chart and nurse Rachel and nurse Shelby always reply in a timely manner . Both nurses are very knowledgeable, organized ,and respect the patient. Dr. Hyland never keeps his patients waiting. He is an awesome doctor and the best Primary Care Physician in Tyler. He is always thorough in reviewing the patient's medical history, inquiring about current medical health, and then he listens to the patient. Dr. Hyland has a great sense of humor, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous to his patients. Even. though he has a full schedule daily, Dr.Hyland spends quality time with each of his patients. Blessed to have Dr.Hyland as my PCP !!

Dr. Hyland addressed all my concerns and nurse Rachel is very quick to respond. She sent in my prescriptions while I was in the office and scripts were received by Amazon Pharmacy before I sat down for my blood draw. Phlebotomist drew my blood without me feeling even the needle!
