About James Fox MD
James Fox, MD, is a board-certified pulmonary and critical care medicine physician who sees patients at UT Health East Texas Physicians at North Campus Tyler and at UT Health Tyler. An East Texas native, raised in the city of Winona, he specializes in treating lung nodules and performs cancer screenings. He enjoys helping care for the medical needs of fellow East Texans and training future physicians.
His medical practice includes the full scope of pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine. He also holds the position of associate professor at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler. Dr. Fox enjoys the pursuit of learning and discovery that comes with a career in medicine, valuing the relationships that he develops with his patients and colleagues.
Dr. Fox is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
