She was amazing. She understood my concerns and did not dismiss them.

Our family loves Nicole. Our son is a little bashful and she puts him at easy immediately. And doesn't take him but a minute to treat and act like he has known her forever. Which makes a momma feel good. She is able to get him relaxed and laughing every time. She is also very good at explaining all of his care and even checks and ask about things we have been to her for in the past. She always makes sure she stays until she knows we understand all the instructions. We are very happy.

Nikki is always great! She explains with detail and give recommendations.
