Betty Vale did a great job explaining what I needed to hopefully improve my osteopenia, listening to me and answering the questions I had. Hopefully I'll be seeing her each time I go back.

The nurse and DR. Vale were both very helpful and very nice.

It was very refreshing how she listened to me and didn't rush me. She listened while I spoke and then made any notes or looked at the computer.

It was a good experience considering the circumstances

The NP did a brief exam of my knee and showed little concern. They again provided the options of elective surgery or physical therapy, but no care plan other than to follow up in a couple of months. I left in pain and unheard. 

Excellent PA truly cares about her patients.

Doctor/Nurse Practitioner was nice she made sure my leg was healing properly. We discussed upcoming appointment regarding my prosthetic leg. Appointment went well and quick.
