About Adam Newman, MD, FACOG

Adam Newman, MD, FACOG, is an obstetrician and gynecologist (OB-GYN) who practices at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Jacksonville. Dr. Newman is a leader in his field, being a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetric and Gynecology and a fellow of the Amerian Congress of Obstestricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Newman has practiced around the country, but wants to connect with the people of Jacksonville. “I’ve been to bigger cities were I felt I didn’t have enough time to connect with patients. I would rather have the extra time to get to know them.”

That kind of personal approach is a perfect fit for Jacksonville. “I like being able to walk about town and recognize my patients. I want to be a part of their lives and not just be the doctor of the office.”

Dr. Newman is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
