It's more important than ever to protect yourself and loved ones from flu and COVID-19 this season.
Following these tips can help prevent the spread:

  • If you're not feeling well, stay home.
  • Avoid close contact with anyone who may be sick.
  • Wash your hands frequently and for 20 seconds at a time with soap and water.
  • Wear a mask and cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Practice healthy habits such as healthy eating, exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water, managing stress and getting enough sleep.

Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze. Use a tissue and throw it away.

Wear a mask indoors and outdoors when you cannot social/physical distance.

Stand 6' away

Practice social/physical distancing whenever possible.
