Dr. Shaza Moussa's care philosophy centers on providing care for anyone who needs it. Her passion for healthcare began when she was a young girl in Syria, driven by a deep desire to take care of others.
Dr. Moussa has a special interest in preventative care, focusing on maintaining health and preventing illness. She chose to specialize in internal medicine because she enjoys the problem-solving skills required in this field. Dr. Moussa finds fulfillment in diagnosing complex medical issues and creating effective treatment plans to enhance her patients' quality of life.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Moussa enjoys cooking and knitting. In addition to English, Dr. Moussa is fluent in Arabic.
Dr. Moussa is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
